Return Eligibility
Standard curtain panels, cushions, and textile accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and free from pet hair, smoke odors, or any damage.
Custom Orders
Custom-made curtains, altered items, and special-order textiles are made specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all measurements and fabric selections carefully before placing custom orders. We recommend scheduling an in-home consultation to ensure accuracy.
Installation Services
Installation labor charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If you experience any issues with our installation work, please contact us within 14 days and we will address any workmanship concerns at no additional cost.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at callme@pryxthelphdhimon.world or call +1 650-723-2300 with your order details. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
